1 Swarm of Crebain Isengard
Follower
Aid- Discard a card from hand.
To play, spot Saruman. If bearer is an Uruk-Hai, bearer is strength +1. Each time bearer wins a skirmish, you may spot Saruman to add a threat.

2 Watching the Passes Isengard
Event • Maneuver
Spot 3 Isengard followers (or Saruman and another Shadow follower) to replace the fellowship’s current site with a site from your adventure deck; add a threat.

0 Saruman’s Spies Isengard
Condition • Support Area
Each time a threat is added, you may remove 2 to draw a card.

1 Shadow of the Crebain Isengard
Event • Maneuver
Spot 3 Isengard followers to add 1 for each threat you can spot.

maybe make bearer gain muster?
