The Ring definitely is good, but there’s no way that it goes on my Favorites List.

Not if you’re double moving. 
Um, how? If you double-move, there isn’t another fellowship phase. Please explain how it’d help if you double-move (besides perhaps using the text of a card like Legolas, Fearless Marksman).

My mistake, my brain didn’t register the "non-event" part. Anyway, still a good card, especially w/ Nobody Tosses a Dwarf and Ring of Guile.  |
