I’d make the second part an assignment special ability. Like: "Assignment: Discard this condition to make bearer defender +1 (and damage +1 if bearer is a knight) until the regroup phase.

Neat! It might even be best as a condition, where you could add and exert a man to heal a man! Shoulder to Shoulder anyone?

You don’t need to spot a companion if the card has to play on a companion! Might be rather good (compare to I Will Go). I’d be tempted to go with foresight’s thoughts on this one.

thanks for reviewing guys.
I thought of what EL said one time, about Gondor shouldn’t have condition discard. I thought about it, and think that if they have condition discarding, it should be unusually different... here is what i came up with...
Hindering but not stopping
Event Maneuver
Exert 1 unique companions, to make an opponent play a shadow condition from his draw deck or discard pile. You may discard a different shadow condition.
still a bit rough, but what do you think?
•Greatest fortress in Gondor
Condition support area
Strength -3
fortification.
Bearer cannot gain special abilities from possessions he bears.
Skirmish: Spot 3 knights, or exert 3 companions to transfer this condition from your support area to a minion skirmishing a companion.
•Patience and Valor
Condition
Vitailty +1
Bearer must be a companion.
Each time bearer wins a skirmish, you may wound a minion.
Each time the fellowship moves, add a threat or exert 2 companions. |

No need for it to be unique, however it is an interesting card. I like the idea!

Very interesting card. Replace ’a different’ with ’another’. Possibly only 1 exertion?

Interesting, but rephrase the first bit ’Bearer cannot use special abilities on weapons they bear.’ Also, I’d make it ’possessions’. Good card!
