Sweet swarm card, and a nice counter to The Tale of the Great Ring. Love it!

Why so? It’s so limited! And really, most swarm players would just go and use another minion in place of a pump. No. You’re not getting the real idea behind the card’s design, but you’ll see in time... It’s the core of my new strategy, Moria Orc beatdown! And GP to elf lvr!

So, is the berserker keyword loaded or not?

Nice cards so far...although can’t you just say, on Dain, "When you play...you may wound Dain Ironfoot X times..."?

Not really, it wouldn’t be the same, as you’d have already played him, then lowering his cost would do no good. Ok, here’s a sweet, neat, new preview, i give you, the first uncommon Balrog EVER!

13The Balrog, Leader of the Host Moria
Minion • Balrog
Strength: 17
Vitality: 5
Site: 4
Damage +1. Fierce. Reinforcements 3.
To play, spot a Moria Orc.
When the Balrog comes into play, choose maneuver, archery or skirmish. Skip the chosen phase.

He leapt forward spreading wide, blazing wings, an imponent presence between the lowly orcs.

I think he should cost 14, especially since he’s uncommon; either that or drop damage +1 or fierce. Oh, and since the lore is (I’m pretty sure) made up, it shouldn’t have any quotation marks. But neat minion!

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!
