Thanks CG!  The numbers notes are strewn about through many different publishings, mainly the Valmaric letters and the King’s letters (Aragorn’s letters to Sam). These have dates on them, written in Tengwar. Tolkien’s son, Christopher (who is usually referred to as CJRT), has also written a few articles, trying to make his father’s works clearer, including numbers. CJRT has his own mode that he writes letters in.
It should be noted that the mortals had a slightly different numbering system from the immortals. Also, numerical Tengwar is read from right to left. |

| That’s what I was thinking, Ring Of Fury is in Reflections, which is all foil. I’ve been looking to trade for that card for a while! Maybe you’ve got it confused with another one? If not, then how did you get this one? |

@anautikus: all the WotR tengwar cards are foils. They are the only tengwar foils that I know of, and I don’t think there’s a way to get a non-foil WotR tengwar card.
