are these cards and combos just banned by cc or is it a larger thing? Please Reply
Tired of ppl playing the horn/new chapter combo them ppl saying it’s not banned but only CC Preference

They are correct. They are not officially banned, but if the LOTR Players Council gets going once the legal issues have been ironed out, then most of the stuff that NB listed will be issued errata, R-listed, or X-listed. |
