Made some of the suggested changes. Today introduces where you can stack all of these tokens - and it is perhaps one of the most powerful cards in Ambush at Amon Hen. Prepare yourself.
----
•Balin, Lord of Moria
Companion • Dwarf
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
Damage +1. Hunter 1.
While you can spot another Dwarf, Balin is twilight cost -1.
While the fellowship is at an underground site, each other companion is damage +1.
----
•Dwarf-lord’s Tomb
Condition • Support Area
Toil 1.
When you play this condition, you may exert a companion to add a token here.
Response: If a companion is about to be placed in the dead pile, remove 4 tokens from here to stack that companion on this condition instead.
----
Avenge the Fallen
Event • Skirmish
Discard a companion stacked on a condition to make each Dwarf strength +1 and damage +1 until the regroup phase. |

Hey, not bad! You can even start him with Durin and Gimli!

That’s a lot of twilight cost...make it Toil 1, perhaps? But it’s a very nice card!!
Avenge the Fallen
Event • Skirmish
Discard a companion stacked on a condition to make a Dwarf strength +3 until the regroup phase.
Not bad! I love this idea!! Very sweet! |

I would say he’d be okay with either 7 strength or a hunter bonus.
Nice, though.

I think it could benefit from a toil 1. Cool card, though.

Nice. Works with Dwarf-lord’s Tomb, of course, but also pairs beautifully with Here Is Good Rock. Very nice! |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Cool, no complaints here. Just a tad on the weak side though.

Wow, cool. I’m still trying to figure out if it’s underpowered or overpowered.

Compared to Battle Tested, this card doesn’t seem too good. Maybe make each Dwarf strength +1 and damage +1 until regroup?

really I don’t think he deserves 3 cost. 2 would be fine IMO.

I don’t like to discount other people’s opinions, but in this case I strongly disagree. I think he’d be WAY too good if he costed AND had that twilight reduction.
A crazy idea, though...perhaps keep his cost at , remove the twilight reduction text, and slap a toil 1 on him. How would that be, SoP? |

I think Balin, Lord of Moria is appropriately priced as well, especially with the twilight reduction that you’ll almost always be able to get. I also apologize for the lateness of today’s cards, but pressing matters have kept me from a computer today.
----
•Glóin, Dwarven Emissary
Companion • Dwarf
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
Damage +1.
Each time you play a tale, you may exert Glóin and discard 2 cards from hand to draw 2 cards.
----
•Book of Mazarbul, Final Account
Possession
Tale. Bearer must be a Dwarf.
When you play this possession, if you can spot a companion stacked on a condition, reinforce a token.
Skirmish: Discard a condition to make bearer strength +X, where X is the number of tokens on that condition (limit +4).
----
Hospitality of the Dwarves
Condition
Resistance: +2
Tale. Bearer must be a Dwarf. Limit one per bearer.
Each time the fellowship moves to a mountain or underground site, you may remove a token to draw a card or heal bearer (limit once per turn).

good, but you’re pulling a decipher, "when you play this condition". it should be "possession"

excellent, except remove the vitality bonus, and make it resistance +2. that vitality is too much with endurance of dwarves. |

I would definitely up the cost to 2. Other than that, it’s a neat card (but maybe slightly overpowered).

I don’t like the vitality bonus. I would rather that it said Condition • Support Area, since the text doesn’t affect the bearer at all.
