So bascially, with the minion dead, I can make whatever I want for Rorin and Ryle, from a possession to a follower to a condition to an event (in ANY phase, no less) to...well, anything?

AWESOME. Very Happy
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

I think I’ll make an event for Rorin and hold it in reserve for the time being. For Ryle, I plan on a follower, which will trigger his blade’s ability (+1 strength for spotting the follower) and, combined with his new condition, put him at a finally-respectable 7 strength.

Sound good?

Actually, what if I do some type of armor for Rorin to further protect him against attacks? What do you guys think? Armor, or an event?

Well... It still has to cost 2 or less, but there’s nothing specific we need.

The follower would be a pretty good idea for Ryle, putting his strength on par with Adalard and the Elves.

For Rorin, I suppose either would make sense. Your choice, really, but maybe put one of each up, and we’ll see what seems to be more useful?
Our time here is ending...

What did you want to see before the end?
It will be made in the Request-a-card Set #1 (name ideas also welcome Smile).

Actually, after re-reading the thread, it looks like the cost has to be "less than 2", so either 1 or 0.

Drat.

Cost less than 2?

Oops...
I may have to go back and alter my shield, then.
Never kid about politicians. The more bizarre the joke, the more likely it is to come true.

Right. And I think SoP’s event costs 2 right now, also.

GP for a review of my... I mean Dirthon’s bow. Wink I tried to make it balanced, but is it too overpowered to cost 1?
I had to put something here.

I think your bow is very well-balanced, actually, especially in this adventure. There’s not a ton of Gondor tokens floating around. But even if it were to show in the card game, it would work fine, I think, since Gondor tokens tend to have other VERY powerful effects. Removing 2 for a single exertion (and thus not being able to use those tokens for other, potentially more powerful effects) is almost UNDERpowered, but the hunter 1 helps make it nigh perfect. Thumbs Up
