Each minion’s site number is -1 (to a minimum of 4).

So they can’t go below site 4? Am I reading that right?

I think it should be "that Werewolf is not roaming until the end of the turn". Much wordier, I know, but I think it’s more technically accurate.

"lose", not "lost". I think he’s okay otherwise. |

Okay. I’m not sure how necessary the limit is. Maybe it should be unique and do more (so site -3, for example), as I probably wouldn’t want to use this card if reducing the site number by 1 is all that it does.

I’m not sure this card does what you think it does. It sounds like you play the werewolf BEFORE you make it not roaming. Is that what you wanted? If not, it should possibly say ’Take a werewolf into hand from your draw deck; that werewolf is not roaming until the end of the turn.’

I’d capitalize the "he" in the title. I think it’s okay otherwise, since you don’t have a way to really assign him until the next turn. |

You might even be able to get away with "Remove -A- threat to..." since there are similar cards. (Not This Time, anyone?) Give this minion the same exert cost if you’re going to do that.

The Gate was held against their going out; for Carcharoth had arisen from sleep, and stood now in wrath upon the threshold of Angband.
You might include: "At the start of the regroup phase, discard a werewolf." Then it gets harder to make the move limit -1. Which is rightfully so, since making the move limit -1 is one of the harder things to do in the game.

I’d be tempted switch around "...remove to add a threat." to: "...remove a threat to add ." Would increase chances of swarming with werewolves, which might actually help out the above condition. |

Fine. Only problem is fierce is a disadvantage on rubbishy minions, and maybe it isn’t worth the effort to get some use out of it?

’While you can spot a Werewolf that is not roaming...’ Good otherwise, maybe a bit too powerful, but probably alright - although Foresight’s idea is really cool!

Whether this way or Foresight’s way, it’s a nice card. Maybe this card should require a skirmishing werewolf to play it?

No Fear of Light
Event * Skirmish
Exert a Werewolf (or a minion twice) to discard an artifact or wound a companion that minion is skirmishing.
But Carcharoth looked upon that holy jewel and was not daunted, and the devouring spirit within him awoke to sudden fire; and gaping he took suddenly the hand within his jaws, and he bit it off at the wrist.
Ruin Upon the World
Event * Skirmish
Exert a Werewolf to discard any number of minions. Choose one: Exert a companion for each minion discarded this way or make that Werewolf strength +2 for each minion discarded this way.
He slew all living things that stood in his path, and burst from the North with ruin upon the world.
*Poisoned Fangs
Condition * Support Area
Each time a companion loses a fierce skirmish to a Werewolf, choose one: add a threat, or remove a threat to exert a companion.
Now Beren lay in a swoon within the perilous Gate, and death drew nigh him for there was venom on the fangs of the wolf.

Condition
Site Number: -2
Bearer must be a Werewolf. Bearer is enduring.
When you play this condition, if you can spot an artifact, you may exhaust bearer.
The people grew the more afraid, perceiving that his danger was fraught with dreadful power because of the holy jewel, and hardly might be overthrown. |
