The Days Have Gone Down in the West
Event * Maneuver
Add a threat to make each captain strength +1 until the regroup phase. While this card is in your discard pile, Theoden gains muster.
"They have passed like rain on the mountain, like a wind in the meadow; The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow."

I’m not too fond of the discard pile text, as it makes it splashable into any deck with Theoden.

Bravo for making a tale! Make sure to capitalize "Man". And I think this needs a twilight cost. Or perhaps something really crazy, like this:

At first I thought this was very weak, then I realized that it would trigger with each captain, making for a potentially HUGE bonus. I’d limit it to +4 or perhaps even +3.
