Rephrase: ’Exert a Werewolf (or exert a minion twice) to choose one: discard an artifact (perhaps ’borne by a companion they are skirmishing’); or wound the companion they are skirmishing.’ Nice.

I’d choose one of those effects and stick with it - you can always make the other one into a separate event.. Currently you can mix and match, so discard 3 guys to exert a companion and make a werewolf +4. Is this intended? If it isn’t, it should be another ’choose one’ situation.

Replace ’to’ with ’involving’, or replace the whole sentence with ’Each time a Werewolf wins a skirmish’. Again, I have to say I think you should choose one of the effects and stick with it - the card seems too good to do both. I’d choose the second one as it’s more interesting.

I’d honestly drop the bit about discarding an artifact, since I don’t see why not having a fear of light will cause Narsil or Anduril to break. I’d have it be discard a condition instead. The rest is ok!

NO DISCARDING ARTIFACTS to compare with discarding artifacts, it would have to be like wound him twice or something worse

When you play this minion at any site 6, you may add .
Skirmish: Remove a threat to make a minion strength +2.

Deathly Howls

Spot a Werewolf to add a threat. Then, if you can spot 6 companions, exert a companion.

Werewolf Sentinel
Minion * Werewolf
Strength: 12
Vitality: 3

While this minion is not roaming and you can spot 2 threats, it is damage +1.
Regroup: Discard this minion to add .
There within sight of the peaks of Thangorodrim the Orcs made their encampment in a bare dell as the light of day was failing, and setting wolf-sentinels all about they fell to carousing.
And I think that’s the last of the Werewolf cards... although the culture is far from done. I think we’ll move on to Sauron and some of his spells, next. |

Needs to say ’any site 6’, unless you plan on putting these guys in fellowship block. Also, the adding twilight needs a spotting requirement (like scurrying goblin). Good!

You really should remind people of your keywords. ’Then make the Free Peoples player exert a companion’ is my suggestion, otherwise it could be a little too good.

So maybe I lied when I said that we were going to have more stuff next. I think we’re going to start on the tale of Beren and Luthien. But one thing. I’m making Luthien part of the culture, of course. But I’m unsure where to put Beren. In existing cultures, seems sensible, but... well, it doesn’t make sense. Should I make a new culture for the Men in the time of the Silmarillion?
*Ring of Barahir, Elf-Ring
Artifact * Ring
Bearer must be Beren or Aragorn. When you play The Ring of Barahir, you may reinforce a token.
At the start of each skirmish involving bearer, you may spot an elf to draw a card.
...all eyes looked upon the ring; for he held it now aloft, and the green jewels gleamed there that the Noldor had devised in Valinor. |

I’d probably stick with , after all the men of the first age that help the Elves become the men of Numenor in the second age.

Nice, but I’d probably make the second ability spot and Elf to draw a card without an exertion.
