While you can spot 2 other Orcs, no player may use archery special abilities.
Regroup: Exert this minion (or exert another Orc and remove ) to make the Free Peoples player wound a companion.
Though all but replaced by Uruks as the War of the Ring wore on, Saruman’s Orkish warriors remained a threat to any who strayed near Orthanc.
Sweet.
Isengard Blade
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +1
Bearer must be an Orc.
Response: If bearer is about to exert, you may discard this possession instead.
While not as sturdy as the heavy blades used by Uruks, the curved scimitars carried by Saruman’s Orcs were more than capable of tearing enemies apart.
Needs to be phrased discard this possession to place no token for that exertion. Like strength of spirit. And its too good to cost 0. Id go back to strength +2 and cost 1.

The blade has been tweaked as recommended, lem0n. Thanks, guys!
Now that we’re playing all these Orcs, let’s get some more out of them, eh?
•The Muster of Isengard
Condition • Support Area
Each time you play an Orc, add an token here.
Shadow: Remove 2 tokens from here to play an minion; that minion’s twilight cost is -1.
Shadow: Remove 3 tokens from here to play an Orc from your draw deck.
“‘Build me an army worthy of Mordor!’”
Our Time Is At Hand
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot Saruman.
Each time the fellowship moves, if you can spot Saruman or an Orc, you may remove to draw a card.
“‘Wolves and orcs were housed in Isengard, for Saruman was mustering a great force on his own account, in rivalry of Sauron and not in his service yet.’” |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

I feel that this is better as unique, or alternatively make the adding a token a shadow action so that you can’t combine the card’s abilities. Good card though.

This one seems a little rubbish so can certainly cost or even , or make it when the fellowship moves as well as or instead of at the start of the shadow phase.

Hmm really limited use. You might get to use this like 3 or 4 times max in the game, and removing 1 to draw 1 card isnt big enough. Id say remove 3 to draw 3 cards or something similar.

I toyed with making Our Time Is At Hand remove more twilight to draw more cards, but then decided to make things easy and simply make it non-unique. Now, on its own it’s not that great, but with multiple copies on the table, you’re looking at up to 4 cards at a time. Ouch!
We’ll ease back into things with just one card for now, but hopefully you’ll like it. I myself wish there were more cards like this in the game. Maybe it’s a little underpowered...not quite sure. Let me know, and enjoy!

Maybe make it hunter 2 as its limited usefulness. Cool. |

I sort of agree with LH, maybe you should make it a hunter bonus instead of a strength bonus, to make it more useful. But I think just hunter 1 would suffice. |

This is definately one of the most powerful cards I have ever made, but I THINK it’s balanced. You tell me...enjoy!
•Lies and Deception
Condition • Support Area
While you can spot Saruman, the twilight cost of each Free Peoples condition is +1.
Shadow: Spot an minion and discard this condition to play an card from your discard pile.
“‘I was lulled by the words of Saruman the Wise; but I should have sought for the truth sooner, and our peril would now be less.’”
And here’s a reprinted card that works pretty well with it:
Hollowing of Isengard (reprint)
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot an Orc.
Shadow: Discard this condition to add .
