Yeah, but still to specific. Give it another ability. And cut the prevention.

I know it might seem useless if you haven’t followed my Duos, but weather cards are back in a big way in my sets, bigger than they ever were with the Fellowship block’s weather conditions. This card could be much, much more powerful than it appears at first glance.
