Okay, well since 2 people have already used the Frodo signet despite me asking them not to, and the third said they wish they could have, I will go ahead and allow it. Not like anyone’s listening to that rule so far anyay! |
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones
Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Ooh, didn’t see that.
But a TT Sam really doesn’t fit with anything else, IMO. |
I had to put something here. |

Funny...that is, almost word for word, just what the others said. Hence the lifting of the "restriction". |

You can resubmit if you want, or I can simply slap the Frodo signet on it when I eventually post. ’Twould be easier on me if you resubmitted, but it’s your call. |

Erm, i dunno. Ill leave it with you. If youd rather see a signet than resistance in your set, do as you must im not too fussed. I dont think thats what will determine how successful my Sam is anyway |

Copy cat
I suggested he add a Faramir or Smeagol signet, otherwise, I’d have to go Frodo.
Although an RotK Sam (Great Elf Warrior) had a Gandy signet.
(and with good reason, Trust Me hobbits rock. )
I already added three new signets (Elrond, Thorin, and the Third Age-exclusive Berethor), so I don’t think we need any more.
Faramir has possibilities, but I was trying to keep it at just one signet per culture (Aragorn for , Frodo for , Elrond for , etc.). And if you look at past Sams from the Tower block (Frodo’s Gardener, Samwise the Brave, and Nice Sensible Hobbit), only one of the three had the Frodo signet...and it was the only one that didn’t specifically mention Frodo in the text!
But that’s fine. I already dissolved the no Frodo signet thing...what more do you people want from me?! |

But see, who would have it? Just Smeagol, Frodo, and Sam? MAYBE Faramir, I guess. That seems a little silly to me to make a signet for just 3 or 4 characters.... |
