Exert a twilight Nazgûl to add a burden (or 2 burdens if the Ring-bearer bears a Wraith condition or is wearing The One Ring).
“Their cold eyes glittered, and they called to him with fell voices.”

Awesome! Applause

Each Nazgûl gains ambush 1 (or ambush 2 if that Nazgûl is a twilight Nazgûl).
At the start of the regroup phase, discard a twilight Nazgûl or this condition.
“...they appeared to have cast aside their hoods and black cloaks, and they were robed in white and grey.”

I would drop the cost to 0 and make it unique. GP for the sweet DCs! Very Happy
I had to put something here.

I’d make it a skirmish event. That way if they want to put the ring on during a skirmish to prevent some wounds, you can make them pay!

With it being non-unique, I’d have it just be discarded at the start of the regroup phase. (No chance to save it) Or make it unique and have it cost 2. Great set of cards we have here! Thumbs Up

Yoikes! That is one evil combo. You could make a deck about that in NB’s new thread. Razz

Well, here’s a couple more twilight Nazgûl boosters. Enjoy!

Event • Maneuver

Good, but I’d take out the Wraith condition bit, then probably make it a skirmish action like wraith-world so that you can use it to its full effect.

1 Seen Clearly Wraith
Condition • Support Area

“...they appeared to have cast aside their hoods and black cloaks, and they were robed in white and grey.”

Should be unique, as it becomes really powerful, especially if the event above is skirmish, and there are loads of high cost nazgul events.

Okay, changes made. Better now? Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down?
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

Your wish is my command! Very Happy

Here’s another card that pumps your Nazgûl (but is, once again, even better with the twilight variety), and one to help those Riders in Black we covered a little while ago. (I know, we’ve been focusing on the twilight Nazzies so much, you probably forgot all about the others! Razz) Enjoy!

1 Harsh and Chilling Laughter Wraith
Condition • Support Area
Skirmish: Discard this condition to make a Nazgûl strength +1 for each of the following that is true: it is at a plains or battleground site; it is a twilight or enduring Nazgûl; it is skirmishing a companion bearing a Wraith condition; it is skirmishing a companion with resistance 3 or less; it is in a fierce skirmish.
“‘Come back! Come back!’ they called. ‘To Mordor we will take you!’”

2 Larger and Darker Wraith
Event • Skirmish
Make a companion skirmishing a Nazgûl strength -2 (or -3 if that Nazgûl is mounted).
“At the same moment the black horses leaped down the hill in pursuit, and from the Riders came a terrible cry, such as Frodo had heard filling the woods with horror in the Eastfarthing far away.”

First one is fine. Second one needs to cost 2, or, 3 and toil 1. Minuses to companions are a lot better than pluses to minions and so should be harder to attain.
