Each time the fellowship moves, add

Each time you play a Shire

tale, add a Shire

token here.
Maneuver or Regroup: Remove 5 Shire

tokens from here to remove 3 burdens and heal each Ring-bound companion. Discard this condition.

Condition • Support Area
Tale. To play, spot a Ring-bound Hobbit and add X burdens, where X is the current region number.
Each time the fellowship moves from a site in region 1 or 2, add a threat (or 2 threats if you can spot a Gollum

minion). If you cannot, add a burden instead.
Each time the fellowship moves from a site in region 3, remove a burden and a threat for each Ring-bound Hobbit you can spot (except the Ring-bearer).

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand....

both are overpowered, IMO, but... I think I have to vote Dain. I just absolutely love the idea.
