| I reduced the effectiveness of I Know The Tune For Him with a recommended change from EL. How is it now? |

 Horn-call of Buckland 
Condition • Support Area
When you play this condition, add a token here for each Hobbit and follower you can spot.
If a Shadow card with a twilight cost of (X) is played, remove X tokens from here to cancel all effects of that card and place it on top of its owner’s draw deck.

Hm...maybe make it a condition and allow it to have tokens or something. |
