Anybody else before I move on? |
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones
Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Skirmish: Discard this condition to make a Nazgûl strength +1 for each of the following that is true: it is at a plains or battleground site; it is a twilight or enduring Nazgûl; it is skirmishing a companion bearing a condition; it is skirmishing a companion with resistance 3 or less; it is in a fierce skirmish.
“‘Come back! Come back!’ they called. ‘To Mordor we will take you!’”
Neat! Unimpeded’s usefulness just plummeted!

Event • Skirmish
Make a companion skirmishing a Nazgûl strength -2 (or -3 if that Nazgûl is mounted).
“At the same moment the black horses leaped down the hill in pursuit, and from the Riders came a terrible cry, such as Frodo had heard filling the woods with horror in the Eastfarthing far away.”
I’d make it say: "Make a twilight Nazgûl strength +2 (Or +3 if mounted). You may also remove a burden to make a companion skirmishing him strength -1." |
In his eyes was the look of a hunted beast seeking some gap in the ring of his enemies. |

I’ll have another card or two that give strength pumps. I’d rather keep this as a strength reducer.
Thanks for the review! |

Funny you should mention that....
•Ring of Rampancy
Artifact • Ring
Strength +1
Bearer must be a Nazgûl. While you can spot a burden, bearer is damage +1.
Skirmish: Unless bearer is enduring, exert him X times to make him strength +X.
Response: If a player reconciles, return bearer to his or her owner’s hand and remove a burden.
“‘Long ago they fell under the dominion of the One....’”
Ring of Men
Artifact • Ring
Strength +1
Bearer must be a Nazgûl.
When you play this artifact, you may exert bearer (or heal bearer if he is enduring) to add a threat.
Response: If a player reconciles, return bearer to his owner’s hand.

I think "If" should be "While" in the first sentence. Neat card!

Ah, a non-unique ring. This would help the Nazzies cycle better. for the cool cards! |
I had to put something here. |

Thanks, guys!
One more bearable-by-a-companion condition. Enjoy!
Black Shadow
Condition • Support Area
Maneuver or Regroup: Exert an unwounded Nazgûl to transfer this condition from your support area to a character that does not bear another condition.
The Free Peoples player cannot spot any game text (except card type and race) on bearer.
“‘I had an ugly dream, which I can’t remember. I went to pieces. I don’t know what came over me.’” |

I would add "(except an enduring Nazgul)". Cool card! |
