Here are everyone’s cards for the final showdown of my DC Contest! I really apologise for the delay.
Again, we’re using the Pseudo-Australian voting system. to vote, just post your top 3 favorite cards in

order of how much you like them.

SickofPalantir

1 Lurtz’s Shield Uruk-hai
Possession • Shield
Bearer must be a Uruk-hai. The Fellowship archery total is -1. Skirmish If bearer is Lurtz,

exert him and discard this possession to wound a companion he is skirmishing.

Mouth of Saruman

1 •Lurtz’s Shield Uruk-hai
Possession • Shield
Vitality: +1
Bearer must be an Uruk-hai minion.
If bearer is Lurtz, he cannot take wounds during the archery phase.
Skirmish: If bearer is Lurtz, discard this possession to prevent a companion skirmishing him

from using skirmish special abilities until the regroup phase.

The tactics of Lurtz were unmatched in savagery.

Strength +1
Bearer must be an Uruk-hai.
Skirmish: If bearer is Lurtz, discard Lurtz’s Shield to discard a card borne by an unbound

companion he is skirmishing.

Possession • Shield
Bearer must be an Uruk-hai Uruk-hai.
If bearer is Lurtz, he is fierce.
Skirmish: Exert bearer and discard this possession to wound a companion bearer is skirmishing.
Response: If bearer is about to take a wound, discard this possession to prevent that wound.
Uruk shields were made of metal and were relatively large...their surface protected much of the arm

and body ended in spikes that could be used for stabbing.


Glamdring

1 •Lurtz’s Shield, Offensive Weapon Uruk-hai
Possession • Shield
Strength:+2
Bearer must be an Uruk-hai minion. If bearer is Lurtz, each time he wins a skirmish, you may exert

him to exert an unbound companion (or two unbound companions if you can spot 6 companions)

Rarity: R

Fingolfin

2 Possession

Bearer must be Lurtz
Everytime Lurtz is wounded you can heal another [Uruk-Hai] minion
Everytime Lurtz is Exerted in the Archery Phase the Free Peoples player must discard a possession
Everytime Lurtz is wounded or exerted you must be able to spot a Hunter minion or remove 2.

1 •Lurtz’s Sword, Wretched Tool Isengard
Possession • Shield
Bearer must be an Uruk-hai.
The fellowship archery total is -1.
Response: If bearer is Lurtz, if he wins a skirmish, exert him and discard this possession to

wound the companion he was skirmishing twice. The free peoples player may return 2 companions to his

hand to prevent this.

Bearer must be Lurtz. He gains hunter 2 and muster.
Skirmish: Exert Lurtz twice and remove 2 to wound a companion he is skirmishing.

Fierce because of a shield? Everything else is good though

Hm...not like a shield...but it matches the subtitle. Maybe...

I really like MoS’s and AP’s, though the latter probably could have costed only 2 and been okay.

The others I thought were undercosted, too "Free Peoplish", as NB put it Razz, or just way too powerful.
