Made some changes to Do Not Give Up Hope! Thanks! Thumbs Up

One more for today:

1 Keep It Secret! Keep It Safe! Gandalf
Event • Response
If a Shadow card is about to make the Ring-bearer put on The One Ring, exert your Gandalf Wizard and add a burden instead.
“‘But if you take my advice you will use it very seldom, or not at all. At least I beg you not to use it in any way that will cause talk or rouse suspicion.’”

And that may be it for Gandalf. I might crank out a couple more cards, but I’ve run about as far as I think I can right now.

So I’ll go start the next culture...now! Look for the new thread. Very Happy
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

It could be a condition with a response ability. But nice.

Simple, conditional, and not tipping the rift. Thumbs Up

I would hope most of my cards could be described that way...unless I want them to be complex and universal. Very Happy

Thanks for the reviews, guys. If I come up with any more Gandalf stuff, I’ll come back to this thread and post it. Any ideas on one or two more cards I could do? Looking back through the thread, do you see anything I could stand to add or expand upon? GPs for any ideas I use.

IMHO you could cut the add a burden.

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. Razz
