thsi thread has motivated me to reread the trilogy sometime. maybe. not.

I haved read the trilogy only once in its entirety. However, if you counted all the times that I have read select bits and pieces, I have probably read it at least five or six times. I have also read The Hobbit twice, and parts of The Silmarillion.
I had to put something here.

read the middle of Silmarillion: thats when all the sweet battles happen between the elves and Morgoth. like when fingulfin was squashed by him...ooh, man and read the part where sauron actually comes into play too. those parts i don’t tire of....
