Some meal-related events (boy, did those turtles love food or what?!?):

0 Pizza Slice
Possession
Bearer must be a companion.
Fellowship: Discard this possession to hael bearer or remove a burden.

1 Pizza
Possession
Bearer must be a companion.
Fellowship: Discard this possession and add X burdens to heal bearer X times.

1 Lunch Time
Event • Fellowship
Heal a [Turtle] companion or remove a burden.

1 Siesta
Event • Fellowship
If you can spot 4 burdens, spot a Turtle to remove a burden.

0 Stuffed Full
Event • Maneuver
Discard a pizza possession and add a burden to heal its bearer twice.

Some other events:

1 Ninja Stealth
Event • Skirmish
Stealth. At sites 1 to 3 (any), cancel a skirmish involving a Turtle. At any other site, that Turtle gains muster until the regroup phase.

1 Down the Drain
Event • Skirmish
Stealth. At sites 1 to 4 (any), cancel a skirmish involving a Turtle. At any other site, heal that Turtle.

2 Smoke Bomb
Event • Skirmish
Stealth. At sites 1 to 5 (any), cancel a Skirmish involving a [Turtle] character. At any other site, draw a card.

1 Kowabunga!
Event • Skirmish
Make a Turtle strength +1 for each Turtle you can spot.

1 Flying Kick
Event • Maneuver
Spot a Turtle to make a minion lose lurker or muster until the regroup phase.

Spot Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Donatello and add 2 threats to discard a minion.

4 Always helping
Event • Skirmish
Spot four unique Turtles and exert a unique Turtle not assigned to a skirmish twice to add his strength to another Turtle.

1 Grown in power
Event • Skirmish
Make a [Turtle] character strength +2.You may exert him to place this event on top of your draw deck.

3 Protecting the needed
Event • Skirmish
Spot a Hobbit or Man with strength 6 or less and add a threat to have a Turtle replace him in that skirmish.

1 Protegé
Event • Skirmish
Make a [Turtle] character strength +2 (or +4, if you can spot April).

Perhaps a little more of a cost? thats a good card.

Whoa there buddy! not so high a cost! see gaurdian, blade of gondor, and pippin, brave decoy and you’ll discover cards like this dont need that big a cost!

And some more, to cover Turtle events for now...

2 Battle Tactics
Event • Maneuver
Spot 4 unique Turtles and exert them to spot a minion. Until the regroup pahse, that minion may not be assigned to a skirmish. The Shadow player may discard two minions to prevent that.

1 Flurry of Styx
Event • Skirmish
Make a [Turtle] character strength +2 (or +4, if that character is not bearing a hand weapon).

1 Dishing Out Justice
Event • Skirmish
Make a Turtle damage +1 (or damage +2, if you can spot more minions than companions).

1 Protecting the Weak
Event • Response
If a character is about to take a wound, exert a Turtle to prevent that.

0 Plans Disrupted!
Event • Regroup
Spot four [Turtle] characters and a wounded minion to remove 5.

Some possessions I forgot!

1 Black Belt
Possession • Armor
Strength: +1
Bearer must be a [Turtle] companion.
If bearer is a Turtle, bearer gains muster.
If bearer is Splinter, every time he wins a skirmish, you may discard a condition from play.

2Hockey Stick
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength: +3
Bearer must be Casey Jones or Cody Jones.
While you can spot a Turtle, bearer is damage +1.

1 •Golf Club
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength: +2
Bearer must be Casey Jones or Cody Jones.
Response: If bearer wins a skirmish, discard this possession to wound each minion involved in that skirmish.

0 •Hockey Mask
Possession • Armor
Bearer must be Casey Jones or Cody Jones.
Fellowship: Discard this possession to heal bearer twice.
Skirmish: Discard this possession to prevent all wounds to bearer.

1 •Jones’ Backpack
Possession
Play to your support area.
Fellowship: Stack a [Turtle] possession here or add 1 to play a possession stacked here as if played from hand.

EDIT: Edited some cards along the way.
Btw, sorry, I forgot to answer about suggestions you made for Donatello.
Thing is, Donatello is more of a strategist than a fighter, usually fighting defesively, bouncing projectiles back at the bad guys. So that’s why he can "take one for the team" and clear some minions. He’s also supposed to be exerted a lot for paying costs (thus setting up a strategy). However, with the stealth cards I made (I was already picturing them, but of course you couldn’t even dream about it until I actually POSTED them... Think ), he becomes NASTY in a starting Fellowship, so I decided to give him some more defender WHILE keeping his strength low, so he could cost 3. Otherwise, he’d have to cost 5 or so. I mean, Aragorn, Heir of Elendil costs 4...

To play, spot Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Donatello.
Every time a [Turtle] character wins a skirmish, place a [Turtle] token here.
Response: If a minion is killed in a skirmish, remove five tokens from this condition to stack that minion here. The Shadow player cannot play copies of a card stacked here.

1 Friends to Humans
Condition • Support Area
Fellowship: Exert a Turtle to play a Man or Hobbit. Its twilight cost is -2.
Fellowship: Exert a Man or Hobbit to play a Turtle. Its twilight cost is -2.

1 Stronger When Together
Condition
Plays on a companion.
Bearer must be a Man or Turtle (limit 1 per bearer).
If bearer is a Man, bearer is strength +1 for each Turtle you can spot (limit +5). If bearer is a Turtle, bearer is strength +1 for each Man and Hobbit you can spot (limit +5).

1 Care for Each Other
Condition • Support Area
Maneuver: Add a threat and exert a Turtle to heal a Man or add a threat and exert a Man to heal a Turtle.

There needs to be an additional cost. like adding 1, perhaps.

Each Turtle is strength +2 while at an underground or marsh site.

0 Avoiding Suspicion
Condition
To play, spot a Turtle and a Man.
Bearer must be a Turtle.
Each site’s twilight number is -1.

4Gone Unnoticed
Condition • Support Area
Fellowship: Exert X Turtles to make the next site’s twilight number -X. Discard this condition.

3 Always on Time
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot a Turtle.
The Shadow player cannot take control of a site. Discard this condition at the start of the regroup phase.

5Plans Uncovered!
Condition • Support Area
Shadow, Maneuver, Archery, Assignment, Skirmish or Regroup: Exert a Turtle and discard this condition to remove 3.
