| If you use Elrond, Witness to History to put Hope Comes back on top of your deck, and of course the still needed will be there as well, you can pull this off every turn! (so long as your not worried about serious hand clog!) |

not really, although hobbits are fun to do this with (or just playin two no visitors), you could just use elves. The twins or Cirdan could easily lower sauron’s strength to, say, 0 quite easily. esp. with glimpse of fate. that and hope comes is a nasty combo. here’s my favorite thing to do to an opponent:
Use elladan w/ as many still needed (preferably four) as you can pull. play three (so your +6 and he’s -6) and put them on top. Use the last one (another +2, -2) and discard hope comes to draw the other three. hopefully glimpe of fate lowers the opponent’s strength by 4. then play the three again (+6, -6) and hopefully trigger glimpse oncce more. so thats you being strength +14, and an opponent’s minion being strength - 20. see what i mean?
Not only is that a fantastic combo, it lets you cycle too! nice job EL |

ahhh. do you mean your 3 strength cave troll? because that is the MOST he would have after going up against my cirdan. if he survived archery, that is... |

but how would your cirdan handle going up against two porter trolls and a tower troll?  Nah, jk, i know cirdan is a beast. |
