Not broken. I don’t quite think you know what that word means. 
It is rather good, but not terribly good. The site number ability is decent, the archer ability is decent, and the exhausting ability is well-costed. Is there a game-breaking combo I’m missing?  |

| Not really. The Skirmish ability won’t help Ithilien Blade that much. And yes, the fact that it makes Faramir an archer is good, but not overly so, since Rangers haven’t ever really been big on archery since Towers Block. |

Bearer must be a Nazgûl. Bearer is damage +1.
When you play this artifact, you may remove two threats to take a card into hand from your discard pile.
Response: If a player reconciles, return bearer to his owner’s hand.

Faramir’s Bow isn’t that overpowered. Having always been keeping a rb ranger deck close, i find the old one better, although this can do some magic with stand to arms and arrows thick in the air.
The two artifacts ARE broken though, especially the rohan throne. I mean, PREVENT ANY WOUND??? |
