I might try to play him. It would be so cool if he was either Toil, or the ability worked for both the normal and the fierce skirmish.

This card is a disgrace to the Witch-King name, it’s ability is able to be used only in the fierce skirmish which makes it nearly useless. It would certainly be a colossal waste of eight twilight. This, in my personal opinion (which quite frankly isn’t worth anything) is a peice of crap card that will be another one of those worthless rares such as the original Mumak Commander which sees more time in a binder than in actual play.
