Make an minion strength +2. (Or +3 if you can spot an token.)
•Orthanc Invader
Strength: 13
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 5
Damage +1.
To play, remove an token.
Regroup: Remove 4 tokens and discard 2 other minions to make the Free Peoples player choose one: The move limit is -1 or place an unbound companion in the discard pile.
Orthanc Sword
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength: +2
Bearer must be an minion.
While you can spot an token, bearer cannot take wounds except during skirmish phases.
•Find the Halflings!
Condition • Support Area
Response: If a skirmish involving an minion and a companion is about to end, transfer this condition from your support area to that companion.
Assignment: Remove 2 tokens to assign an minion with strength 8 or less to skirmish bearer.
Amon-hen Pursuer
Minion • Uruk-hai
Strength: 8
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 5
Damage +1.
At the start of each skirmish involving this minion, you may remove an token to have this minion gain hunter 1 until the regroup phase. |

Can’t really argue with that one. Nothing compared to Broken in defeat, but then few things are!

Basically a reprint of broad-bladed sword, but this can be borne by Saruman. Is that your intention?

Too limited. I would make it any companion, then remove 3 tokens to assign, or 2 if bearer is .

Hmm. I like the idea, but I think it would make a better condition for Theoden to bear.
