That’s really really really cool, but it would need to be culturally enforced. Something like ’To play, spot an Uruk-hai.’
Also, you may want to add ’until the regroup phase’, unless you only want it to benefit sites with Shadow actions.

| There...I made a couple of changes. I actually got the inspiration from Hobbit Farmer! I thought, "What if we had it for the Shadow side?", comboed it with site control, and voila! |

| Awesome. I just noticed another thing though: His ability can be used as many times as you want, which means that he can have every site’s text. It needs to be changed to something like "Shadow: Exert this minion..." or "When you play this minion...". |

Since phase actions are optional, you wouldn’t have to exert an minion to play him. CG’s updated version is perfect, IMHO. |

 Uruk-hai have possibly the best minion archery ever... they don’t need help. The new while simple (lacks depth) is still incredible strong, if not just for shingle in a storm. |

| Hehe, I love Shingle in a Storm. Both of it’s abilities are great. Plus, it costs 0 and is non-unique so you can easily play a bunch of them to your support area. |
