Uh...got some formatting problems there that make it kind of hard to read.
EDIT: ...and now it’s fixed. Much better. |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Muster.
Each other companion is strength +1.
Response: If a follower is transfered to a companion, exert Radagast to heal that companion.
I like the follower love, since Decipher seems to be headed that way with Eagles. Muster is a great idea I never thought of. The strength boost for all companions is nice, but doesn’t seem to fit with Radagast.

Radagast is strength +1 for each of the following you can spot in the fellowship: Tree, Ent, another Wizard, mount.
Fellowship: Exert Radagast and discard a card from hand to heal a Tree, Ent, or unbound companion bearing a follower.
“For Radagast, the fourth, became enamoured of the many beasts and birds that dwelt in Middle-earth...and spent his days among the wild creatures.”
Awful card. Just terrible. Who designed this thing?

+1 Resistance
Aid - . To play, spot a Wizard.
When you transfer Radagast to a companion (except a Wizard), exert bearer.
If bearer is mounted, he is strength +1 and resistance +1.
Maneuver: Transfer Radagast to your support area from bearer to draw a card for each forest you spot.
[i]"’We shall need your help, and the help of all things that will give it. Send out messages to all the beasts and birds that are your friends.’"
Interesting. Very interesting. I like it, but I’m worried it might be a little too much for one follower. If it had ONE of those abilities, it would be perfect. With BOTH...it’s almost too much.

Radagast. Wizard of the White Council
Companion • Wizard
Strength • 8
Vitality • 4
Resistance • 7
To play, spot a Wizard or 2 Elves. Radagast is strength +1 for each other wizard you can spot. Radagast is resistance +1 for each elf you can spot.
I don’t quite get the strong connection to the Elves. I can see a little tie-in, but this seems excessive. If his starting strength and resistance were lower, this would still be a fine card. But as is, it’s too powerful, especially since there’s no caps on his built-in boosts.

Strength-8
Vitality-4
Resistance-7
When you play Radagast, you may discard X cards from hand to make his twilight cost -X.
Each time you play a spell, you may exert Radagast to discard a Shadow condition.
"...He lived at Rhosgobel, on the western eaves of Mirkwood, near the Gladden Fields..."
I like the unique cost reduction, though the spell help doesn’t quite fit. Nothing WRONG with it, though. Just...not very Radagast-like.

Each time a follower is transferred to a companion, you may exert Radagast to remove X threats, where X is the current region.
R
Not sure why his strength is lower than the original version, but that’s a minor thing. I like the follower lovin’, though without them he’s pretty useless. Still, a good ability in its own right, and in the proper deck he’d be very nice. I think that 8 strength would have made him better, though.

 • Radagast, Wizard of the White Council

Strength:8
Vitality:4
Resistance:8
Eeach companion is strength +1. Response: If a companion is about to take a wound or exertion, exert Radagast to prevent that. Regroup: Exert Radagast twice to make the move limit +1.
"A friend of beasts, and birds was he...
Rarity: R
Again, not so sure about a universal companion boost, and that combined with the wound/exertion prevention seems pretty powerful. All that PLUS the move limit ability...well, with one less ability, I think he’d be much better. As is, he’s pretty powerful.

Muster.
While you can spot a Wizard, Radagast gains hunter 1.
Fellowship or Regroup: Exert Radagast to make each player draw 2 cards (limit once per turn).
Again, liking the muster. But hunter...? Not so much. That doesn’t strike me right for Radagast. His ability is pretty cool, though.

Another universal pump, but this one’s just for Wizards, so I’m more comfortable with it. The ability is a little bland, but balanced.

While you can spot Gandalf and he and Radagast are bearing Staffs, the move limit is +1.
Each time a minion is played, exert Radagast and add a threat to draw a card.
The second ability is missing a very important "you may", but it’s nice otherwise.

Muster.
To play, spot a companion.
Fellowship: Exert Radagast and discard 2 cards from hand to play a follower from your draw deck or discard pile.
Muster + follower love = good. But I don’t like his inexplicable strength drop added to a spotting requirement.

(4) Radagast,Wizard of the White Council
Companion, Wizard, Str 8, Vit 4
The move limit is +1. Radagast is Strength +1 for each Wizard you can spot. Fellowship Exert Radagast and either an Elf or another Wizard to remove 2 threats. Regroup Discard Radagast to make the Move limit +2, Each Shadow Player may draw 6 Cards
"Then you must go now," said Radagast, "for I have wasted time in looking for you and the days are short."
In short: way too powerful. With some work and less abilities it would make a good card, but as is, it’s just too much. Sorry.
Now, voting. This is HARD. Hmmmm.
