While you can spot a Nazgûl, this minion is not roaming.
While you can spot another tracker, this minion gains hunter 1.

While you can spot 2 Nazgûl (or a Nazgûl), this minion is fierce.

I would raise his strength to 5 and his cost to . |
I had to put something here. |

Very nice. I actually think I like the DGServant better with cost 1, strength 4, but he probably needs a limit (probably +4) on his strength bonus, especially since these guys are supposed to be good at swarm. |

I tweaked the Servant a bit. I’m with Drake...I’d rather keep his cost and stats as are and cap his potential strength boost, personally.
Thanks for the reviews! Here’s a nice shiny for your first review, Drake. |

Okay. One more before I’m offline for a little bit.
Dáin’s DC Duos #165
These guys really have nothing to do with Nazgûl, but they’re kinda nifty on their own. Easy splash minions, though with their keywords (and culture, of course), they’ll fit in best with other Orcs, as you’ll see eventually. Enjoy!

Ooh. I like this guy, especially against FP muster. Will let you maybe get an idea if the FP intends to move, and then cycle your hand before reconciling based on that.

Unless this guy combos amazingly with other cards, he seems pretty worthless. Maybe, like AP said, have some way to discard that card?

Gosh... this looks okay, but terrible in a swarm. A nine strength minion, for 2? Most Ring-bearers don’t get hunter. |

Bearer must be Úlairë Khamûl (or a Nazgûl).
While at a forest or mountain site, bearer is damage +1.
If bearer is Úlairë Khamûl, each time he wins a skirmish, you may remove a threat to wound a companion in that skirmish.
Others already said it, but you can just put "Bearer must be a Nazgul."
Since it’s unique, I suggest dropping the twilight cost to 1, or even 0.

If the fellowship moves to site 7 [LA] or a forest site, you may take a [G]minion into hand from your discard pile (or from your draw deck if that site is also a mountain).
“‘...lots of adventures of a most unpleasant sort he had....’”
I know what this card is referring to, but the title doesn’t quite *feel* right for a Shadow culture (too chipper sounding). Maybe something like "Never Nearer"?
"When the fellowship moves..." would be better.

Fine, though I think that fierce keyword would work against the shadow player most of the time.

One thing I’m worried about is that, even though this guy is probably the weakest Orc in the culture, he’ll cost 3 for the majority of the game. Are there enough twilight-reducing cards to warrant the site 7 roaming? If not, then I suggest giving this guy a cost of and keeping the to play requirement (since he’d still cost 2 for most of the game).

Wow! Thanks for all the reviews, guys. Never imagined I’d get all that for a couple simple little Orcs. Too bad the Nazzies couldn’t yield that kind of output.
I made changes to both cards. The Scout now has a way to discard the revealed card, and I decreased the strength of the Skulker. Better?

The reason I haven’t changed it to "bearer must be a Nazgul" is that other versions of Khamûl (in later sets) are NOT , but . And I respectfully disagree in regards to the cost, due to cards like Sword of Minas Morgul and Sword of Dol Guldur, which were the direct inspiration for this.

First off, keep in mind that the Nertëa reduces all those Orcs’ site number by 1. Minor, perhaps, but it DOES make a difference.
On top of that, though, there are other ways to avoid him being so costly. Probably the biggest one will be posted in the next Duo.
