Nice card, although I think he costs too much to play.
I think he costs right, because he gives a strength bonus and he’s non-unique. The freeps player could add and transfer 4 to a companion with valiant. But, if I make it cost 2, that makes them think twice about dropping 4 at a site.

since when do they have diamond tipped spears?
I just thought the ends of the spears were shaped like diamonds. I changed it to a more generic name now, the Riddermark Spears.  |

This is gonna get tons of tokens in good rohan deck. But remove 3 is fair enough. Balanced overall id say.

I think I’d do it in reverse: valiant, THEN mounted. Can’t give you a good reason why...it just appeals to me more. *shrug*

A little bit weak, I think. Maybe 2 tokens for the skirmish ability, or bring the cost down to .

"If you can spot 2 villagers, bearer is strength +1." It’s an okay card, and would certainly see use with your villagers. |

While you can spot a man, Éomer’s twilight cost is -1.

For her first ability, does her exertion negate any other aid costs of that follower? If so, you need to make that clear somehow.
