Cost of ’Tomnoddy! Tomnoddy!’ dropped to 1. Thanks for the review, SoP! GP

1 Long Whispered Talk Shire
Event • Fellowship
Discard 2 Dwarven cards from hand to take a Shire card into hand from your draw deck or discard pile, or discard 2 Shire cards from hand to take a Dwarven card into hand from your draw deck or discard pile.
”Bilbo was able to take secretly Thorin’s message to each of the other imprisoned dwarves….”
C79

Love it a lot! Not sure about the title though. Maybe ’Dark Business’ fits it more, as it seems to be more like the unexpected party at the beginning than the caves of mirkwood, but that’s just my opinion.

1 • Bilbo’s Pipe, Long Wooden Pipe Shire
Possession • Pipe
Resistance +1
Bearer must be Bilbo.
Fellowship: Discard this possession to remove a burden or 2 threats.
”After some time he felt for his pipe. It was not broken, and that was something.”
U80

Very nice. I feel like pipeweeds should at least be mentioned on this card, though.

Thanks for the review, Thranduil. I left ’Long Whispered Talk’ as it is, but I made the resistance bonus on Bilbo’s Pipe only apply while you can spot a pipeweed. Thanks for the review! Thumbs Up

1 Smoke-rings Shire
Event • Fellowship
Discard a Shire card from hand to play a pipeweed from your draw deck or discard pile.
“…be blushed to think how proud he had been yesterday morning of the smoke-rings he had sent up the wind over The Hill.”
C81

1 • Great Grand-Uncle Bullroarer Shire
Condition
Tale.
Bearer must be Bilbo.
While Bilbo is skirmishing an Orc, he is strength +2.
While Bilbo is in a fierce skirmish, each minion skirmishing him loses all strength bonuses from possessions.
”He charged the ranks of the goblins of Mount Gram in the Battle of the Green Fields, and knocked their king Golfimbul’s head clean off with a wooden club.”
R82

Awesome. I like how it works for pipeweed possessions or conditions. Thumbs Up

Heheh. I made a card VERY similar to this, actually: The Legend of Bandobras Took. So needless to say, it’s awesome. Laughing

GP for the good cards.

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

Funny, you both made a card about Bandobras, I made a card of Bandobras! I like it a lot.

Very nice and fun. Possibly take out the adding a burden from the first bit and add it to the second? Choke is very dangerous, and should be treated with extreme caution.

Nice and clever. Can probably be 1.

I think it needs to go back to 2, actually. It’s borderline, but 2 is probably better, especially with that last option.

1 The Burglar’s Turn Shire
Spot Bilbo and add a burden to make the twilight cost of each Shadow card +1 until the regroup phase.
”’Now scuttle off, and come back quick, if all is well.’”
C85

1 Desperate Fight Shire
Event • Response
If Bilbo is about to take a wound in a skirmish, add a burden or a threat instead.
”It was lucky that he had come to his senses in time. Soon he would not have been able to move at all.”
C86

I think I’d rather this be a unique condition that you discard in the maneuver phase for the effects. The idea of being able to play four of these at once.... *shudder*
