Here are 3 Elven conditions:
•Fight for Freedom
Condition • Support Area
Skirmish: Exert an Elf to exert a minion assigned to skirmish a Man.
Skirmish: Exert a Man to exert a minion assigned to skirmish an Elf.
•Glory of the Elder Days
Condition • Support Area
When you play this condition, place an token for each of the following you can spot: Elrond, Gil-galad, Elendil.
While you can spot 6 tokens here, each Elf and Man is strength +1 and damage +1.
•Sauron Vanquished
Condition • Support Area
To play, exert an Elf and a Man. Tokens may not be reinforced on this card.
At the start of each regroup phase, if you cannot spot any minions, add an token here.
Each time a minion is played, you may spot 3 tokens here to exert that minion.

No Isildur or Anarion? I guess that makes sense. Good card anyway.

I’d be tempted to have it add  and exert an elf/man.

"Add an elven token here..." Neat condition otherwise, with Hearth and Hall or Inside a Song it could be a very interesting condition!

Remove X tokens and add [X] to heal X companions. If the fellowship does not move again this turn, discard a companion.
Victory Was Near
Event • Regroup
Exert an Elf and a Man and add a threat to discard each wounded minion. |

That’s unbelievably powerful. Might as well say "Exert an Elf and add to heal a Man." Which is amazingly powerful in its own right. Then you add on the token...comboed with Namarie or Elven Supplies...I would say, add a threat instead of the exertion, or something.
