i think you can safely make it spot an isengard minion instead of exerting it.

Amazing card for a swarm, but with a cost of 4, it’s totally balanced.

It’s a perfectly playable version of Saruman. Great for a swarm, but he can’t be assigned to skirmish... I really can’t see anything you could do to make it better. Basically perfect.

personally I think it should be discard pile/ otherwise I can just imagine waht it would do.

Very Happy Thankfully, I’m getting to finish up Isengard before I leave tomorrow. If I can get a couple reviews of these cards tonight, I can post all of the Isengard cards for a final review! Not a big fan of the subtitle, but that’s a minor thing. I’d give it hunter 1 instead of the strength boost.
