i think you can safely make it spot an isengard minion instead of exerting it.

It’s a perfectly playable version of Saruman. Great for a swarm, but he can’t be assigned to skirmish... I really can’t see anything you could do to make it better. Basically perfect. |

personally I think it should be discard pile/ otherwise I can just imagine waht it would do.

I am going to leave ’Greatness of Our Army’ as it is for the moment until I get any further comments similar to SoP’s. Thanks very much for the reviews! Thankfully, I’m getting to finish up before I leave tomorrow. If I can get a couple reviews of these cards tonight, I can post all of the cards for a final review!

Not a big fan of the subtitle, but that’s a minor thing. I’d give it hunter 1 instead of the strength boost.
