Here is a DC from my little brother, with a little editing help from me.

2 Blade of Isengard Isengard
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Bearer must be an Isengard Uruk-hai.
Each time bearer wins a skirmish, you may remove 1 to exert a companion.
I had to put something here.

Bearer must be the Witch-king.
While you can spot 2 burdens, the Witch-king is damage +1.
While you can spot 4 burdens, the Witch-king gains hunter 2.

Bearer must be a nazgul. Bearer gains Intimidation(During skirmishes involving this character, the opponent may not use skirmish special abilities.)

Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Resistance +1
Bearer must be a Rohan Man.
While the fellowship is at a plains site, bearer gains hunter 1.

Bearer must be Boromir.
He is damage +1.
Skirmish:
If Boromir is skirmishing more than one minion, exert him to take a Gondor skirmish event into hand from your discard pile.

Skirmish: Remove 2 to make bearer strength +1 for each wound on a companion bearer is skirmishing (limit +3).
