I’ll skip past reviewing the cards that look good, just pointing out things that I should change:

Site number needs to be 4, and his strength should be increased to 9. I mean, compare him to Hunting Herdsman... maybe the hunter bonus should also trigger at a battleground.

I think you need to either drop the strength bonus or the hunter bonus (or make it cost 1).

As stated in the opening post, the Moria culture will include 6 rares, 4 uncommons, and 8 commons. Here is the first batch! Very Happy
