Orc trolls stop being roaming on site 5, also, make his ability limit 2, otherwise its useless

Skirmish: Exert bearer twice to make an Orc Troll damage +1.

Change ’wound’ to ’exert’, and drop the strength bonus to +3 instead of +4. That’d make it balanced yet still a powerful card.
