Sweet! Needs to be unique though.

Bearer must be Lyon Elstar. While he is skirmishing a unique minion, he is strength+2.

Shocked Up the twilight cost or dump some of those abilites. And add "until the regroup phase" to the each time abitlity. You probably don’t need the Skirmish ability, IMO.

Ummmm you still cant bear both of them, since they are unique. And lowering twilight cost does you no good once he’s already played.

*Fetal Position* The first ability is overpowered, but I like the second one. Heal him for a positive effect? I think not. It should be exert, or maybe exert twice, IMO.

dump the heal texts on ALL the troll cards and they might be balanced

The Fellowship moves AFTER the Regroup phase, that last ability is useless as it is.
