Thanks. Made some changes, especially to Thengel and the start of Hall of Edoras. I like both more now.

Well, it seems I produced a couple of well-liked DCs. Alright, I feel like giving you guys a lot right now.
•Bilbo’s Walking Stick
Possession
Resistance: +1
Bearer must be a Hobbit.
If bearer is Bilbo, he gains muster and each time the fellowship moves, you may heal him.
R2 R 45
•Merry’s Dagger, Gift of Lorien
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength: +1
Bearer must be Merry.
At the start of each skirmish involving Merry, if Merry is skirmishing an unwounded minion, you may add to exert that minion.
Maneuver: Exert Merry and discard this possession to wound a minion.
R2 R 46
•Sam, Bearer of Friendship
Companion • Hobbit
Strength: 3
Vitality: 4
Ringed Resistance: 5
Ring-bound.
While Sam is the Ring-Bearer at the start of each skirmish involving him add a burden or make a companion resistance -2 until the regroup phase.

Possession, Stick? Cut the stick part and leav it at possession. See Athelas, Kingsfoil, etc. and what prevents it from being played on the RB? Other than that, good card.

I like this one, although I’d recommend making it , like Merry’s Dagger.

I can’t recall any Sam RBs with a downside...not a bad companion, but not that great either. But an interesting downside.

At the start of each Regroup phase, you may discard X cards at random from the free peoples hand, where X is the number of minions you can spot.
Regroup: If a player reconciles, return bearer to hand.

•Ring of Wisp

Bearer must be a Nazgul.
Shadow: Exert bearer and remove a burden to play a Nazgul from your discard pile.
