See, Decipher? THIS is a good way of getting rid of defender bonuses, not something like the bloody awful Destroyers And Usurpers.

I like this guy. Not overly useful, but an excellent way of weakening companions like Faramir, Prince of Ithilien, Theoden, The Renowned, Garrison of Gondor, and Aragorn with Anduril, King’s Blade. It also completely shuts down Aragorn, Ranger of the North and Aragorn, Heir of Elendil. So it might seem a little weak (and certainly very specific), but I think it’s potentially awesome. GP

I think it should be "he" instead of "it", and "while" instead of "whilst". Razz And consider bringing his hunter bonus down to 2 or perhaps even just 1, and/or lower his strength to 11. Otherwise pretty nifty. Thumbs Up

Every companion loses muster and cannot gain muster.
Skirmish: If this minion is skirmishing a companion with resistance 3 or less, you may exert it to look at the free peoples hand.

The servants of sauron had spies everywhere.

"Every" should be "each", I believe, and "look at" should be "examine". And make sure to put "player" after "Free Peoples". Smile Probably oughta cost 5, too.

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

Needs to be culturally enforced, and that exerting ability could get out of hand with enduring Nazzies. Shocked

Cheers AP, suggested change made to the orc. Not sure you need to enforce Wraith upon toldea as you wouldnt splash him in the hope you face hunters, but would be a nifty addition to a nazgul deck. I see your point on enduring nazzies, hadnt thought of that! Well caught GP! But i dont think you would necessairly use him in an enduring deck either as you would have to spot a companion with hunter 1 or more to actually exert them and the endruing toldea works better.

The man is a new evil Men so wouldnt need easterling.

Thanks for review AP.

That’s a cool card, but it should probably be an archery action so that the effects will affect the game (after all, if it is done in maneuver without saying "until the regroup phase" it won’t really help Wink).

Also, are there any non-unique companions yet that are rares? I can’t think of any off the top of my head.

Eh, I don’t have anything wrong with a rare uncommon, personally. I DO think an uncommon perma-archer is NOT a good idea, though, and I’d certainly change it before NBarden sees. Anxious I think he’s very balanced without that, and still merits being a rare if you drop the spotting requirement.
