Ok, the next 2 previews are gonna rock your LotR world, fellas! So, here’s the first one:

2Naim, Fearless Warrior Dwarven
Companion • Dwarf
Strength: 5
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 7
Damage +1.
Naim comes into play with a Dwarven tokens on him.
While skirmishing a Nazgul, Naim is strength +3.
Maneuver: Place Naim in the dead pile. Put into play X dwarf companion tokens named Dwarf Guard with strength 4, vitality 2 and resistance 2, where X is the number of Dwarven tokens on Naim. At the end of turn, remove them from the game.

The strongest fo the group was Naim, a stout and sturdy warrior, the peace of the ocean in his eyes all the time, even during the most fierce of battles.

with a dwarven tokenS? OK no offence but this entire idea seems to be stinky to me.

They were originally 2, sorry. But interesting prejudice... Why so? Most players thought the same when they first created culture tokens, threats and followers, though, you ARE aware of that, right?

Ok, here’s the last card of the day! This card is the core of one of the theme decks the set will have, as much as it gives name to the deck! Yup, that’s right, read the main post again, as it has a tiny bit of new info for you: the set will have NAMED theme decks.

3Goblin Nest Moria
Condition • Support Area
Whenever a Moria Orc loses a skirmish, you may add a Moria token on this condition.
Shadow: Remove 4 Moria tokens from this condition to put a Moria orc minion token into play with 5 strength, 1 vitality and site number 4.

They fought endlessly, but more and more Goblins just kept coming, until they drew no more breath...

Minion tokens is a neat idea... I’ve used it somewhere, and come to think of it, I ought to use it in some of my sets. Reword it to say "...you may add a Moria token here." That’s how other token cards are worded.

Anyways, AWESOME idea for a swarms deck, in fact, it makes it complete! Any minions that don’t go to the Ring-bearer and die, well, they just build up for more minions later!

I love this card so much, I’ll give you a GP

If this card does what i think it does, thats pretty cool, i just dont get the wording "goblin minion token". Is it like a shadow rises and the condition becomes the minion?

It’s a Magic the Gathering thing. There are cards in MTG that ’make’ creatures, but instead of being cards, they’re called ’tokens’. My brother has a deck with lots of sapling tokens, and he uses Ents to represent them!

Thranduil is correct. A "Minion Token" would be, in all ways, a minion with a twilight cost of 0 (in case any card references this), that would never hit the discard pile if it gets killed. The idea behind using creature tokens is that generally, the (good) cards that make them, usually make’em in a bigger than 1 to 1 ratio, so you actually get more minions out of a single card. SO, no, the condition itself does not become a minion, instead, it creates "fake" minions out of the blue. Notice I gave stats to the minions (btw, i fixed the game text a bit to give out further information) in order for players to be able to represent them with regular cards (disregarding, of course, the twilight cost, I’d use keep in a separate pile without sleeves to avoid confusion), the Dwarven tokens suggested being easily represented with Dwarf Guard (except for having resistance), and the Moria tokens being represented by, say, Goblin Runner (except for having no game text).

Ok, so here’s the spoiler for the day!

1 Dwarven Belt Dwarven
Possession • Belt
Bearer must be a Dwarf.
Fellowship or regroup: Stack a Dwarven possession from hand here.
Fellowship: Play a card stacked here as if played from hand on bearer.

The dwarves carried their axes in belts, hanging, always ready to be drawn for battle.

AND, also, the announcement of yet ANOTHER common being brought back from the dead:

Hand Axe!

Stacking cards on a possession borne by a companion is a little weird, but it’s cool. Maybe you should limit the possessions being played to the bearer of the belt? That would also make a bigger deal of who wears it.

Erm Thran is right, are you going for ANOTHER record FM; The most rule bending DC’s.

Stacking on a borne card? Dodgy. And its a bit too powerful. No penalty for stacking or playing? No limit?

Needs toning down if we ignore the odd gameplay.
