Str: 12
Vit: 1
Sit: 4
While Bolg has at least 2 vitality, he is strength +4.
While Bolg has at least 3 vitality, your mounts cannot be discarded by Free Peoples cards.
While Bolg has at least 4 vitality, each Warg and mounted Orc is fierce.

whoa that ability is sweet!. if you hadn’t changed that one guy, it would be uber broken, but as it is, it is cool. except the last ability needs to be toned down. maybe choose one culture
And to bring in a new theme:
 • Bodyguard of Bolg
Minion • Orc
Str: 13
Vit: 2
Sit: 4
To play, discard 2 cards from hand.
Each Orc is vitality +1 for each site stacked on them.
Maneuver: Discard a card from hand to stack a site from your adventure deck on your Orc.
The bodyguard of Bolg came howling against them, and drove in upon their ranks like waves upon cliffs of sand.

O gees another site stacking mechanism but this one is even more daft than the last. Sorry Thran i cant get on board with stacking sites on minions. How is Bodyguard of Bolg gonna carry the riddermark? I know its hard to find new mechanisms but this one is stretching it.

I understand your point entirely, but being liberal and metaphorical with our understanding, site stacking on goblins is like controlling a site - it represents said goblins rampaging and pillaging and whatever else goblins do. A little imagination is always required with mechanics, and here it’s no different.
For Smaug it represents his control over the landscape - his burning and destruction and influence etc.
For Eagles, it represents them seeing the landscape from far off and navigating etc.
And for Bilbo later on it represents exploration.

I like the idea, but there’s a little problem:
What happens when you run out of sites in your adventure deck and it’s your turn to play a site? |
Never kid about politicians. The more bizarre the joke, the more likely it is to come true. |

It’s not quite what SoP suggested!
I had explained this already in another thread, but I’ll repost it here:
The only 2 clarifications I made to the site path are these:
1) Discarded sites return to their owner’s adventure deck
2) If a player cannot play the fellowship’s next site, their first opponent chooses a stacked site (belonging to any player) and places it next on the adventure path.

Sorry it’s been so long since the last cards, but I’ve been rather busy.
Here are some more site-stacking cards similar to some of the Smaug conditions:
Whirl of Bats
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot an minion.
When you play this condition, you may stack a site from your adventure deck on your card.
Skirmish: Discard a site stacked here to make a companion skirmishing an minion strength -1.
... still the great bats swirled about the heads and ears of elves and men...
H2 C 139
Forging and Arming
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot an minion.
When you play this condition, you may stack a site from your adventure deck on your card.
Each Orc is ambush for each site stacked on them.
Skirmish: Discard a site stacked here to draw a card.
H2 U 104
Edge of the Wild
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot an minion.
When you play this condition, you may stack a random site from your opponent’s adventure deck on your card.
Skirmish: Discard a site stacked here and remove to make an minion damage +1.
The Wild was still the Wild...
