Needs to be culturally enforced, and I can’t help but feel that it’s too good when combined with Goblin Hordes. Maybe something like "When you play this minion, you may remove 2 to make the Free Peoples player choose to either add a burden or discard 2 cards from hand."

Blademaster still needs a site number of 4 (unless there’s a specific reason you want it to be 5).
