Strength +2
Bearer must be an Easterling.
While you can spot a culture token, bearer is strength +1 while skirmishing a Man.

Very interesting card. He could be either huge or worthless. I guess that means he’s well balanced. |

Nice, but...
Add ?
If it is supposed to be adding twilight, then that’s not really a cost, so, I’d change it to "...you may add and reinforce..." Looks better that way. I’d also add some sort of actual cost, plu the trigger. Maybe exerting him? (sure, it helps him, but not until after the skirmish.) |
