Well, my reasoning on it is that it’s only for Wraiths. They’re already strong and remove burdens easily, so if they win the skirmish, it’s not all that bad. |

very interesting i have to say I like the concept but the only bonus is the resistance.

Hmm...I don’t see how this is completely useful-I’d use Heavy Chains over this one any day. Although corruption protection is a little skimpy nowadays.

You don’t need a limit on that gametext-look at Durin III! Besides, count possessions: mount, hand weapon, ranged weapon, armor, shield. At most, that’s strength +5.
