Hmm... it’s interesting, but I can’t say I really like the idea. Maybe something like this:
*To Catch a Fish FP
Condition * Support Area
To play, exert Smeagol.
Each time a stealth event is played, you may exert Smeagol (or add 2 threats) to take a stealth event that is removed from the game into hand.

I changed it up a bit... but the wording is still a bit iffy. Check it out for me, please?
And here’s another one to judge as well.
*Deagol, Sneaky Stoor FP
Companion
Strength: 3
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 5
Stealthy.
To play, add a burden or exert Smeagol.
Skirmish: Remove 2 stealth cards in your discard pile from the game to discard Deagol.

I think it would be better to say "...to play another stealth event that is removed from the game". Sounds better than having that "as well" tacked on the end. Also, end it with "Then remove both events from the game." Oh, and start it with "If" instead of "When".

Not sure it Deagol was too sneaky...was he? There’s nothing particularly wrong with the card, though, except the first "from" should probably be "in" instead. |

He’s a stoor, he’s sneaky by default.

Well, yeah. The wraiths were actually the very first cards I dreamed up for this set.
I guess it fits in with elves, too. |

Okay, the last three FP cards.
The Stair FP
Event * Maneuver
Stealth.
Exert Smeagol or Gollum to replace the fellowship’s current site with another site from your adventure path (replacing an opponent’s site if necessary).
While this card is removed from the game, Smeagol is strength +1.
"’Up, up, up the stair we go!’"

The Tunnel FP
Event * Skirmish
Stealth.
Exert Smeagol (or spot a Ring-bound Hobbit) to exert a minion (or exert that minion twice if the fellowship is at a mountain or underground site).
While this card is removed from the game, Smeagol is damage +1.
"Until we come to... the tunnel!"

 *Sneak! FP
Condition * Support Area
To play, spot a Ring-bound Hobbit.
Skirmish: Spot Smeagol and remove 2 stealth cards in your discard pile from the game to make a Ring-bound companion strength +2.
