If you ARE going to do a new culture for him, I’d actually use  . But I think it’s fine in , personally. |

Each time the Free Peoples player discards an card, spot Smaug to make the Free Peoples player choose to either return that card to its owner’s hand or add a burden. Remove  or discard this condition.

Make it Orc card from play or it could get silly if they are playing an orc shadow and discard it from hand as part of say arwens bow etc... Unless you want it to work that way as well?
