The resistance thing is a great touch, but I think it has too much text and would probably remove the first line and maybe lower the cost.

Why don’t you just tone the whole card down and make it cost  with toil 1 then removing or  ? Or make it  with exerting the hobbit and Dwarf as part of the cost instead? As it is, removing seems ridiculous for a single card to achieve, even at the cost of 4 exertions. I’d also remove a hobbit from the cost of the card, because you’re very unlikely to use it if you can’t spot Bilbo.

| the thing is that removing any twilight in the fellowship phase gets overpowered very fast. regroup phase twilight removing is fine to go up to 6-8. |

| yeah removing in regroup is a lot less useful then fellowship. regroup IS useful though. |

If Dori is not assigned to a skirmish, exert Dori to replace Bilbo skirmishing a minion.
He just managed to catch hold of Dori’s legs, as Dori was borne off last of all.

I couldn’t find much on these guys. Not even sure that the lore is in the book, but I’m to lazy to check now, it sounds like something they’d say,

Awesome but slightly overpowered with the arb bilbo. If it stated except the rb then its well cool.

Holy crud if you can fit all that on a card id be impressed. Odd balance each gandalf man -2 is nasty for only a potential plus 5 on one guy. Confusing card as to whether its good or not.

| I don’t think so. if you run brand his purpose isn’t to fight anyway. it is to help against swarms and boost your dwarves. I would cut the ability to make it fit. |
