I now have all of the images for every card downloaded.
Unfortunately the names don’t all match up from sets 15 on.
I have been toying with the xml file for SDA, and was able to rename the cards starting with LOTRXXX to LOTR-ENXXX. Problem solved.
Then when using deckbuilder, I noticed that the cards that belong to set "Ages End" are innapropriately categorized under "The Great Eye".
The programmer anticipated that "The Great Eye" was going to be set 19 (until big D cancelled set 19 and 20, and now "Ages End" is really set 19) so the program thinks that "Ages End" is really set 21. I figured this out by changing the IDs in the xml file from 19 to 21, and then the cards were categorized under "Ages End" as they should be. Unfortunately, for this to be compatible with other users, their xml file has to contain the same IDs as yours, otherwise the game will crash when you load your decks (assuming your deck uses one of these cards). This is only a small issue that doesn’t impact the functionality of the game, but it still annoys me. Since corrections to the xml file only work if everyone has the same xml file, the only way to correct this (that I can think of) is for the programmer to make changes to the executable by deleting "The Great Eye" category, and giving it’s ID number 19 to "Ages End". I’m sure this isn’t a fresh thought to any of you, as I’ve only just started using it, but I thought I’d mention it. |

That lackey is horrible, I’m surprised my guys lasted until site 8! And those Dwarves are untouchable by Besiegers, I’m not bothering playing them against Dwarves anymore.
NB, next game will be standard with my Gollum/Wraith Turbo Corrupt.
Need a FP though... |

Any freepeople with condition discard would be good against lackey sinsce Orkish Smith is banned. Freepeople with ringbound companions would be good also. |

Don’t mess with the file. It’ll crash, trust me. |

Like I said, editing names to correspond with the locally saved images works just fine. The crashing happens when an ID number in your xml file doesn’t match your opponents.
I wish I could hunt down the programmer who made it, lock him up in a dark cold basement, and feed him twinkies until he makes the corrections. |

OH sweet! Well, I’ll attempt a PM.
Mean, pssh. I offered twinkies didn’t I?
I’d love to play, but I’m at work right now and the proxy/firewall are out of my control.
I work 9-6 M-F PST. I commute an hour, so I’m home by 7.
If I’m home, I can host (wife willing). |

Pardon me.
Whoa. So you work until 8:00 PM my time.
I probably will NOT be able to play a game with you then, srry.
Oh, hey, programmers eat donuts and drink coffee. Kinda like police officers. But that’s probably a stereotypical generalization. |
