you do know that this is almost broken using a solo smeagol deck when facing a NG deck, id make it Vitality +1 |

You need to add "that skirmish" after resolve, and then change the last sentence to "When that skirmish ends, resume...."

An amusing theme going on here from scenes that made me laugh (a strong hobbit theme though).
 No No, The Big One! 
Condition • Support Area
To play spot 2 unbound hobbits.
Each time a  spell is played you may exert Merry and Pippin to place that card on top of your draw deck instead of discarding it.
"...this was your idea!"
A little specific i know but useful non the less. Do you agree?
• What about Breakfast?
Condition
Bearer must be Pippin.
At the start of the maneuver phase, if you can spot Aragorn, heal Pippin.
"You’ve already had it."
This represents Gorn chucking Pip an apple. Snigger.
 • People of Intelligence
Condition • Support Area
While you can spot 3 races the twilight cost of each unbound hobbit is -1.
"Where are we going?"
The scene from the council of Elrond where Pippin signs up for the quest, mission thing. Useful for bouncy hobbits.
• They Have A Cave Troll 
While you can spot a Troll each unbound companion is resistance -1 and strength -1.
"It didn’t look good for the fellowship."
Best scene and quote in LOTR!
 The Eyes Of A Hawk 
Condition • Support Area
Toil 2
Response: If a minion is played (except in the shadow phase) spot Gimli to remove that minion from the game. Discard this condition.

"The dwarf breathes so loudly we could have shot him in the dark!" 
I also found the extended scene with gimli and legolas funny but seeing as theres already a card called still twitching ive been denied the chance to make it! O well.
