He delights in wrestling and in contests of strength; and he rides no steed, for he can outrun all things that go on feet, and he is tireless.

Great connection between ’tireless’ and move limit!

2 *Nessa, Fleetfooted White
Follower
Resistance: +1
Aid - 2
To play, spot a White follower.
Each time the fellowship moves during the regroup phase, heal bearer.
If Nessa is discarded, remove 3.
Deer she loves, and they follow her train whenever she goes in the wild; but she can outrun them, swift as an arrow with the wind in her hair.

Good.

2 *Orome, The Hunter White
Follower
Aid - 2
Bearer gains Hunter 2.
If Orome is discarded, each minion loses hunter and cannot gain hunter until the end of the turn.
Regroup: Exert bearer to take a White event from your discard pile into hand. Then, discard a card from hand.
Oromë loved the lands of Middle-earth, and he left them unwillingly and came last to Valinor; and often of old he passed back east over the mountains and returned with his host to the hills and the plains.

Interesting.

2 *Vana, The Ever-Young White
Follower
Vitality: +1
Aid - 2
Bearer must be a White companion.
Skirmish: Exert bearer to remove [X], where X is the number of White followers you can spot (limit 5).
All flowers spring as she passes and open if she glances upon them; and all birds sing at her coming.

Only five followers left, and then some support cards.

A follower with a vitality bonus that encourages you to exert? Fair enough.

And there have been a lot of followers!

These aren’t Valar themselves... they are, in fact, Maiar. But they still help the Valar, and so they are their followers.

1 *Ilmare, Handmaid of Varda White
Follower
Vitality: +1
Aid - 2
Bearer must be a White companion.
While bearer is Varda, she is strength +1.
Skirmish: Exert bearer and discard a follower to remove a burden.
Chief among the Maiar of Valinor whose names are remembered in the histories of the Elder Days are Ilmarë, the handmaid of Varda...

2 *Eonwe, Banner-bearer of Manwe White
Follower
Strength: +1
Aid - 2
Bearer must be a White companion.
While bearer is Manwe, he is vitality +1.
Skirmish: Exert bearer and discard a follower to remove a threat.
...whose might in arms is surpassed by none in Arda.

1 *Osse, Lord of Storms White
Follower
Strength: +1
Aid - 2
To play, spot Ulmo (or two White companions).
While bearer is at a river site, shadow players cannot use skirmish events or special abilities in skirmishes involving bearer.
He does not go in the deeps, but loves the coasts and the isles, and rejoices in the winds of Manwë; for in storm he delights, and laughs amid the roaring of the waves.

I think he should be called Gandalf, Olorin - it’s a little too weird to have Gandalf bearing Olorin!

Spot a White companion (or Illuvatar) to take a White companion or White follower from your deck into hand.
Then the voices of the Ainur, like unto harps and lutes, and pipes and trumpets, and viols and organs, and like unto countless choirs singing with words, began to fashion the theme of Ilúvatar to a great music...

3 *The Theme of Illuvatar White
Condition * Support Area
Epic. (This condition cannot be discarded).
Each time a White companion is played, add a White token here.
Regroup: Remove 3 tokens from here to discard a shadow condition or play a follower from your discard pile.
Then Ilúvatar arose, and the Ainur perceived that he smiled; and he lifted up his left hand, and a new theme began amid the storm, like and yet unlike to the former theme, and it gathered power and had new beauty.

4 The Capture of Morgoth White

Exert 3 White companions to remove a unique minion in your opponent’s discard pile from play. Then, reveal their hand and deck, and remove each minion with the same title from the game.
Then he was bound with the chain Angainor which he had worn aforetime, and his iron crown they beat into a collar for his neck, and his head was bowed upon his knees.

you misspelled the first Illuvatar.

You’ve spelled Illuvatar wrong. Very nice. A reminder of ’epic’ wouldn’t hurt! And SoP likes it when you explain your keywords!

Heal 2 characters, apart from anything else it makes the card feel more ’together’.

Bearer must be Elrond or Gil-galad.
At the start of the maneuver phase, you may place a card from hand on top of your draw deck.
Regroup: Discard Vilya to remove a burden.
...the Ring of Sapphire was with Elrond, in the fair valley of Rivendell, upon whose house the stars of heaven most brightly shone.

Bearer must be Galadriel.
Each time the fellowship moves to a forest site, you may reinforce an Elven token.
Maneuver: Exert Galadriel to reveal the top card of your draw deck. If it is an Elven card, you may make a minion strength -2 until the regroup phase.
...whereas the Ring of Adamant was in the Land of Lórien where dwelt the Lady Galadriel...

0 *Narya, the Hidden Ring Elven
Artifact * Support Area
Vitality: +1
Bearer must be Cirdan or Gandalf.
If bearer is Cirdan, at the start of each skirmish involving him, reveal the top card of your draw deck. If it is an Elven card, you may heal him.
Regroup: If bearer is Gandalf, exert him to draw 2 cards.
But the Red Ring remained hidden until the end, and none save Elrond and Galadriel and Círdan knew to whom it had been committed.
